ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ service eligible persons with disabilities ਲਈ ਹੈ। Minor ਜਾਂ independently apply ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ ਵਾਲੇ beneficiary ਲਈ parent ਜਾਂ guardian application ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
